Standard & Premium Warranties
Sheffield Metals offers warranties in two levels- standard and premium. Standard warranties are available for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years while premium warranties are available for 10, 15 and 20 years. Both provide a weather-tight warranty for the specified time period. If a Sheffield Metals roof leaks, the warranty provides the owner with the necessary repairs to provide a leak free building. Sheffield Metals warranties cover the replacement and placement of fasteners, sealants and roofing materials. These warranties are transferable after an inspection is conducted and all repairs are made (if necessary). Owners are responsible for the cost of the warranty transfer.
Piece of Mind
Sheffield Metals warranties provide owners with invaluable piece of mind. Warranties protect the orginial building owner, contractor, inspector as well as the architect. These warranties only cover approved COOLR Guard panel profiles and all roofing accessories including screws, clips, rivets, butyl tape and caulk must all be purchased from Sheffield Metals for the warranty to be valid. After 1-3 on site inspections and all necessary repairs are made, the Sheffield Metals warranty is approved and will provide piece of mind for years to come!
